Very nice. Feels like quality, and it looks handmade but well done. It has no smell at all, unlike some other leather products I've purchased online. The design and clasp are very nice, with an antiquated look that I was hoping for. My only disappointment is that the color is uniform and dark, not the various shades shown in the picture. However, that wasn't enough for me to take off any points, as it is otherwise a very nice product at a great price.

This journal is bad a## it's sweeter than I expected the craft of it is top off the line I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in a journal. The pages not sure what kind of paper tho it's thick and nothing bleeds through no lines love it. This thing is built tough.

Slight powdery stain on the inside I assume from packaging but it came off immediately with a damp cloth. Gorgeous journal, nice and strong cover and clasp, really nice paper. Love it!

I got this notebook to replace my notebook for Japanese class. Although the book was smaller than I had expected, its still pretty amazing. The leather seems to be of very good quality and the latch it comes with is simple yet effective for casual use of the book.The paper is nice and thick like craft paper, and holds ink very well! The fountain pens I use works wonderfully on the paper with no bleedthrough at all.The smell when I first opened the book was rather... strong. So much so that my cat kept trying to eat the book for a few hours till the smell faded a bit. As of now about 24-48 hours after opening the book still holds a faint smell but not a terrible or overly strong one.Overall 10/10 easy. I can already predict myself ordering another one or two in the future.

It was a present for my daughter. She loves it and already started journaling, drawing and painting in it. The cover is also very nice, however the color is more brown than dark red as shown in the picture.
