Great looking product...picture clarity is good..just been a day since purchase..the only issue with this product and similar product from other companies is that you cannot hear the visitor loud and clear from outside unless they standing close to mic but your voice will be heard loud and clear...it's a problem with the best of brands in this price range I think...not sure why. Will review after few more days.

Legrand refused installation stating that they don't do installation. They would visit only if we paid. Pathetic. This despite the fact that before purchase it was clearly stated that we should contact Legrand customer contact centre for installation help

Video is not really that bad. The ring sound is not audible from other ruins if you have the internal unit installed only in living room. There should have been since option to connect this with intercom or a speaker for better sound and alert. One can always preferred some Wi-Fi camera which can be operated from anywhere and also does the job of cctv.

A new device installed not functioning. They dnt have repair service you have to purchase new by paying 11000.One visit to check what is the issue charge 750.Totaly waste of money.

Since there is no option for DC supply a 12v router UPS cannot be connected. The microphone audio call quality is very poor and unless someone is speaking 1 feet from the door bell you cannot hear.
