This in no way reflects on Kate's Farm, they are good people with a good product and they back it up, but obviously they cannot be responsible for poor handling if not purchased directly from them.......EDIT- again, the Kate's people are AMAZING! And as per their response are sending replacements! Can't say enough good things about them! :) New EDIT- we decided to try desertcart subscribe and save and must say desertcart has been flawless, no issues and great customer service! Today was the first day giving her the ones I purchased from Amazon, and I was called to pick her up from school due to diarrehea and vomitting.
