Did not have the in depth information I had expected.
Not anything like the Bright Futures which is so specific. I was hoping this would have calorie recommendations and meal plan examples, the AAP does not want to deal with obesity.

I love these handy pocket guides. I also bought the Bright Futures book but use the pocket guides the most.
