The Creatine is basically tasteless you can put it into water and once fully dissolved you'd find it difficult or impossible to notice any change in the water's taste! Love this company, every product I've tried (I have not tried alpha brain or any others but these 3, for me, have worked exactly as claims, and quite possibly even better than I expected! I got this creatine after reading many reviews and comments that it's good for more than just working out. I swear it has made my head not so foggy (I also upped my B vitamins at the same time, who knows). I only take half the recommended dose as I don't work out and did not want some weird reaction. I mix it in my coffee - no taste, no grit; it's like you never added it. Good price, small enough jug to sit it on your counter.

I use this daily. It doesn’t seem to affect my stomach in a negative way at all. I don’t get jitters when I use this. It mixes well with a bit of juice or water. My energy level feels the same as before I take it. It doesn’t taste terrible in a bit of juice.

This is an excellent product that I found through a review in Men's Health. It is micronized and mixes just fine in juice. Compared to non-micronized, you can really tell the difference. Note - the scoop only provides 2.5gms per serving...so you need 2 scoops for the bro science required 5gms. The value of taking creatine depends on so many things. If you don't eat meat, it is a must - and if you need an edge to get to higher weights in the gym, it can also help. All the other stuff seems to be anecdotal and related to research that may not describe "causality". Either way, creatine is safe, and this is a good product. R

I’ve been using this product for approximately a year now and I’ve noticed a huge improvement. My memory is sharper, and I feel better. Just put a couple of scoops in my water bottle daily and I’m done, no taste and mixes easily. If I drink the night before ( a little to much) I just add a extra scoop and feel better quicker!

#1, this product, as of January 2025, is no longer Informed Sport Certified. "Rufus ai" has this incorrect. Also, on the IGEN(TM) website I was unable to obtain a.) verification of tested products and b.) results. Other than nonGMO, not sure what IGEN tests. This product contains creatine sourced from CHINA and I am unable to confidently rely on the label description of what is in the container, nor can I be confident that it is free of harmful additives, contamination etc. #2, After much research, I only recommend Creapure sourced creatine monohydrate. You can look on Creapure's webite to verify which products source with them. Since supplements are not FDA regulated we have to be VERY careful with supplements. A Third-party needs to be testing every batch. We need to be able to verify this on the tester's website. Creapure is the original creatine sourced out of Germany and the ONE that has set the gold standard (with studies).
