Perfect replacement handset with buzzer
Looks exactly like the one I had, easy to replace & good quality, value for money. Delivered next day..

Replacement from Urmet 1130/12
I encountered some trouble at the start. By moving the wires and guessing which ones were close enough, I ended up triggering all the block doors when pressing the release button - LOL. Here’s the important information to know: there are no instructions included, but the following will give you enough information to figure it out. For the Videx 3021 AC Call Door Entry Handset. Connections: 4 Electronic Call - Not needed 6 Call AC 2 Speech In (Speaker) 1 Speech Out (Mic) 3 Common 5 Lock The Urmet 1130/12 didn’t come with instructions. I was able to find the following wiring information, allowing me to identify what each wire did. Connections: 1 Speech from panel to handset 2 Speech from handset to panel 6 0V 9 Lock release RZ Call To convert from Urmet 1130/12 to Videx, the connections are as follows: 6/11/10 - 3 1 - 2 2 - 1 9 - 5 RZ Call/7 - 6 It’s a bit backwards, but everything tested perfectly once connected as described.

Easy to install, very straight forward. Great product. You don't need to pay any more, this one does the job.

Didn’t come with any instructions even if it’s pretty self explanatory when replacing unit. The trouble with mine was a missing Nr 7 connection for black cable so no luck installing unit. It did however come with a recycle instruction leaflet which came in very handy.

Excellent Replacement
This unit works great and is a good replacement for older handsets. For people having problems wiring it, match the old handset numbers with the new handset numbers. They’re not in the same place but they work the same. The gate open button is terminals 3 & 5.

No instructions
I had electrician to fit this handset, he had trouble getting the buzzer a to work. He did get it to work after a lot of messing about. The speaker on the handset is scratchy. The wire ports are poorly made. I'm happy that I have a new handset but instructions would be helpful.
