Nestle Milo Drink Energy Drink, 400 g

I first tried this drink about 15 years ago when my boyfriend brought some back from Australia and it just popped into my head again recently, so I decided to track some down. This was much easier than I thought, further proving my theory that you can find literally anything, no matter how obscure, on Amazon. It's a malty, slightly chocolate-y, hot drink. Along the lines of Ovaltine but nicer and not rank like Horlicks. I make it with boiling water and a splash of milk and it's DELICIOUS. If I'm craving something sweet this totally does the job. Milo has been around for over 50 years. Many, many years ago when I was pregnant with my son who is now in his 50's I was getting a lot of bad cramps in my legs. One of the French midwives I was under suggested I drink Milo as it is packed with vitamins. It certainly helped my cramp all those years ago. It has a malted chocolate flavour and is very nice to drink and very satisfying

Good old Milo Drink, hadn't seen it for sale in retail outlets for a long time, so put it into Amazon and bingo there it was ! As I was recovering from an illness that kept me in hospital for weeks, was feeling unable to tolerate much food at all and once again Milo was so easy to digest while taking in vital vitamins and other nutrients, I have it with half and half water and hot milk, soothing and comforting. Will be ordering again soon.

After visiting Australia many years ago I had remembered having Milo and although I didn't like I liked the stuff, wanted to try it again. I purchased this through Amazon Prime and was impressed it was offered on next day delivery. Once it turned up I was excited to try it and to be honest it was much better than I remembered. I would go to say I would purchase this again, however it is too pricey to make it a regular feature in the kitchen, which is a shame. If they price could be bought down I would definitely recommend it to others. Since I have purchased this I have actually found it in a supermarket for half the price...

Haven't had this since I was in Australia in 2002. I was dreading at first because everything tastes so different these days. NOT MILO! It tastes exactly the same today as it did then and even my mum said it tastes the same as when she was a kid. Love the stuff

Die Qualität des Produkts ist absolut top. Zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Natürlich liegt der Preis über dem Niveau von herkömmlichen Kakaopulvern aus dem Discounter-Regal. Da es sich hierbei jedoch um eine absolute Rarität auf dem österreichischen Markt handelt, die importiert werden muss, ist der Preis für mich vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Man bekommt ein einzigartiges Geschmackserlebnis und ein ergiebiges Produkt, das jeden Cent wert ist. Pro und Kontra auf einen Blick: + Geschmack: Fantastische, malzig-schokoladige Note – schmeckt einfach super. + Löslichkeit: Klumpt nicht und löst sich in kalter wie warmer Milch perfekt auf. + Verfügbarkeit: Endlich eine einfache Möglichkeit, das Produkt in Österreich zu bekommen. + Ergiebigkeit: Man braucht nicht viel Pulver für ein intensives Aroma. - Preis: Etwas teurer als Standard-Kakao, was durch den Seltenheitswert und Importfaktor aber absolut in Ordnung geht.
