Dulux 500000 Easycare Kitchen Matt Emulsion Paint For Walls And Ceilings - Mellow Mocha 2.5L

Love this paint so much used it all over my home soft easy on the eye

Lovely colour for a change usually have magnolia but it’s deeper and richer just had a new kitchen fitted snd looks lovely against the green cabinets

Good purchase although the paint had leaked out of the tin when it arrived

I have used kitchen paints before but never been especially impressed by them, their application or finish. This dulux product is one of the better ones out there although definitely requires a minimum of two coats. One criticism is that it is described as 'matt' finish where in truth, judging by my experience it is more satin/silk.

Colour just what I was looking for in my kitchen. Went on easy great value, convenient being able to get delivered in a few days.

Great paint

Went on well to start with but 1st coat was very patchey after it dried. It was applied over previously emulsioned walls which had been prepared ready for the new colour. The old colour was magnolia but disappointed with 1st coat. It did not dry as Matt but like a silk sheen. 2nd coat was much better but again did not give a matt finish but had a sheen. I have 40 years painting experience & was very careful when applying this to the walls. A bit disappointed with how it covered on 1st application. Will leave it a while & see if a 3rd coat is necessary. Did not water down the paint. Not sure I would recommend this for a novice painter.
