Great product and customer service. Product does everything they say it does. I am very happy.

The unit arrived and I plugged it in after letting it sit. Overnight it dumped gallons of water on my wood floors from a disconnected internal water line. Total cost to repair my house is likely $30k+ because there is no easy way to do a partial repair of the wood that will match. I contacted support via Amazon and they called me back and got on a Zoom call where they walked me through disassembling the unit and reattaching the disconnected water line. The company blamed the problem on customs inspection. I have to give the support team a good score as I was able to get the unit fixed. They said at least one other customer had the same problem. That said, the process of disassembling and resembling resulted in scratched paint. The unit is much louder than I had hoped. I can hear it from almost every room in a very big house. Much louder than a refrigerator or other dehumidifiers I have used in the past. The unit lacked labels on the four front buttons. The written documentation which I read completely made no mention of YouTube videos, the YouTube videos were much better in getting the product setup and maintenance procedures complete. I received component parts to hook up to town water including water lines and filter cartridge but the filter container was missing. Perhaps customs forgot to re-box everything? The "leak detector" triggered but was unable to actually stop the unit from causing damage nor sound an alarm loud enough to wake me up. Bottom line, keep your eye out for leaks for the first 48 hours of operation.
