Would these be suitable for my daughter aged 11?

It depends on the size of her ear Canal. If she has a small opening then it could be okay. I am an adult with quite small openings and they still go in quite far. I do not use mine for swimming as they would not be adequate. They do not stop the water getting in. I use them in the shower when washing my hair as I have an ear complaint. It keeps most of it out. In my opinion if you wore a cap with these for swimming in, they would press on the ear drum inside, unless the ear opening was quite small to stop them going in too far. Hope this helps.

would these be suitable for scuba diving?

I don't scuba dive but I swim underwater in the pool and these are very good as they sit in the ear flat rather than sticking out like most of the other makes/designs, so I would suggest that they should be ok.

Would these be suitable for 10 year old please?

Yes but many people find these uncomfortable I’ve used these for a number of years and take a little getting comfortable with They are not great when first worn a few times…the plastic gets softer and thus easier to swim with
