Can i use this for goats and sheeps?

Yes, thats what i use mine for, also for my chickens and dogs.

So if i use this topical would i still need to use the oral ivermectin? Or does it do the same thing just as a topical?

same, just easier to administer to cattle

How frequently do you use this?

We use it on our cattle twice a year. As far as horses ,tell your customer to contact a vet.
