Bought this as additions to an original set from Lenox, and despite the years that have gone by, the new plates match the old identically. Although they haven't been used much, there are scratches on the plate surface from silverware; not very noticeable, but I was surprised given the light use and cost of these plates. They are very elegant looking, especially with matching tableclothe and other dinnerware items.
