Brazier Charcoal Majmar for Medium to Extra Large Cooking Tagines Barbecue

I bought this as an integral part of my BBQ stove upgrade, it works perfectly for me. Seems rough from the outside, but very practical. Charcoal burns very well in it and the heat produced is even. It is very robust and durable.

looks nice in my outdoor patio kitchen and does a beautiful job of grilling or making delicious stews and tagine dishes with my Moroccan tagines

This is just plain cool. I bought it because I wanted the authentic Moroccan cooking experience with a handmade clay tagine I bought from the same company. The price is reasonable and shipping is free. It looks authentic, homespun. Just like the tagine. Now I'm cooking beef and vegetable dishes outside over charcoal, and the effect adds a whole new flavor to the food. . It also makes cooking fun. About the only thing I'd like to see is a newbie guide to tell us how much charcoal is needed to achieve the equivalent of low stove heat and how much to add to maintain it for the couple hours my dishes require to be done. With some humor, I have to say that some of us are new when it comes to making fires!

Not very sturdy. Bought 2 weeks ago and used only twice and it cracked and broke . Not very happy
