Any idea how to get this thing to work? I put the water in, I hear water flow, but no water pours through the fountain! Is there a warm-up time?

A few tips with this product: You need to make sure you use enough water. Give it time to circulate the water. Good Batteries is extremely important. They work better on an AC cord. Which can be purchased separately.

This thing is killing batteries in a day why does it not have a power cord? And where do I get the power cord it needs?

I am sorry, You can buy a power cord with this description: Premium External Power Supply 3v 1A AC/DC Adapter, Plug Tip: 5.5mm x 2.5mm

The waterfall worked for about 10 seconds and now I can not get it to work???

Its garbage mine stopped working same day I got it

Ya me llego la fuente y le coloco pilas y no me funciona que hago

Verifica que están en la posición correctas las baterías
