Idiopan Dominus Steel Tongue Drum 14 inch Ruby Red & Mallets

Disliked that despite the manufacturer stated that it was pre tuned (The Dominus 14-inch 10-note steel tongue drum comes pre-tuned to G Major pentatonic ), it was not tuned to any scale. Luckily I have previously tuned Idiopan tongue drums and was able to quickly tune this new one.

Amazing quality! Does not sound metallic! I recommend this to anyone interested in Handpan/tongue drums! I bought the 14 inch dominus and from the first note I could tell that this was the one. ... and it’s tunable?! This is going to be the standard in the future. It's difficult for the highest note to resonate acceptably well with the weight of the magnet, so I removed the magnet and based the tunings of the other tongues according to that magnet-free highest note, which to my ear sounds better than what I was hearing right out of the box. This is my first/only tongue drum, so lack of experience should be noted.
