What is the return policy on these. Mine came damaged.

Damage items should be returned there is no way you’re going to pay for something that it’s broken

There is no way they don't fit. Valves are a universal size.

How will they last in a New England winter? Should they be sprayed to protect from the salt?

I don't know I'm in Florida I'd suggest look thru some of other answered questions, if there are any, there may be a similar questioned answer... Also contact the seller for the answered... Couldn't hurt to spray either I suppose

How to take in the inside of the valve cap out? is stuck cant put air in the tires, only the black design got loose the inside got stuck in the valve
