I have 2 pairs of these..Things to note:1) The inside walls start to fall into little plasticky bits after 1-3 months, it will start to annoy you as they will get through rips in fabric into your sole and will give you feeling like you step on tiny bits inside your socks or shoes.Within a year you will be free of these plastic bits as they will all fall off within 3-5 months of use.2) You will want to stop using them within a year as the insole will get too thin (I have 2 extra expensive insoles now and starting to feel pain again once they squeezed in a bit)3) The fabric at the back of your foot will rip apart quite quickly, 1-3 months as well, and then somewhere within a year the fabric and cusion will rip off underneath the stell toe and will start damaging your socks (not given me any discomfort, but as my toenails touching the steel toe cap or whatever hard material underneath it it destroyed a lot of my socks now). After some 6 months I added stick on heel protectors as there were giant holes in fabric.4) The size is massively oversized, where I normally would use 10-11, I use 8.5 here... I replaced my first pair within 6 months for a smaller size (was size 9) for the reason of size and that it all peeled of as described before (they all same, the 2 pairs I have).5) Massively comfortable and have velcros.. Hard for me to find comfortable shoes and these both pairs were great comfort.. quick to put on.. just what I wanted..6) Rediculous price for quality issues.. Are you out of your mind manufacturers?? The price increased now from 40 to 50.. You think somebody will still buy these to use for 3 months?? Despite all the comfort and that my employer will actually pay me 40 pounds back, I am looking for alternatives..Plus with such quality issues I dont see option of free returns now and IF aftera year they changed sizing I dont want to risk buying size 8.5 again if they changed sizing to normal where I would need 10.5.. and then pay return postage for their fault. Going to try to buy different shoes (hopefuly also comfortable) until they get amazon fulfilment to enable free returns for these.

Purchased this product as a comfortable work shoe with reinforced toe cap for general garden and workshop wear.It was and still is certainly comfortable at first, however after four or five hours soles of feet were painful.Discovered that insole was thick under ankle part of foot but very thin at ball of foot, giving very little cushioning at ball and toes of feet.Inserted additional cushion insole which improved comfort, but have now discovered that sole is separating from upper on both shoes.Finish of velcro straps is 'basic'.Don't think these will last very long.

I bought these shoes for my son who has wide feet. They fit well with good room at the toes
