Hot flash relief
For hot flashes, you have to take it daily for at least a month but it works! Hang in there! As the price has gone up, I've tried different brands, tinctures and keep coming back to the Buddha brand because the others haven't provided good relief. All milk thistle teas taste different. This one is a little earthy or even like grass or herbs. I tend to drink it while eating something sweet. It's like most herbal teas but I'm a british tea drinker so taste the difference.

Difficult to open tea bags without ripping it open
It's difficult to open the tea bag wrapper without ripping open the tea bag. The wrapper is way too close to the tea bag and I have ripped open the tea several times.
