Working in a nursery, with my hands constantly in the dirt, my hands dry and crack painfully. This is by far the most effective hand moisturizer I've found. A little goes a long way, so they also last a good long while.

Best moisterizer for old hands!
Wow, this is incredible! In the winter my old hands get dry and cracked and I’ve used many hand creams over the years.
