The candles will not drip or smoke when kept out of drafts.

These candles are 8 inches tall and 1 3/8 inch diameter! Very substantial! The purple candles are a deep color and the pink is a nice delicate rose. Perfect!Beeswax candles smell great, do not add volatile compounds to the house and burn so slowly that we can use them at every dinner rather than just the Sundays as we did with paraffin candles. I had ordered some from a different company last year that were about half this diameter. They were no longer available, otherwise I would have ordered them again.These cost more, but after seeing the size difference, I now understand why and am very happy with the purchase. Also, I ordered them just 4 days ago. I see from the invoice that they are handmade at the time of purchase. Wow! Thank you for getting them to me before the first Sunday of Advent! That means so much to me!!

These were beautiful candles for the Advent Wreath at the church.  For a change, I didn't have to watch the tapered candles dripping and tilting during the service.  These were excellent.
