I decided to do a 3-month quilting-only stint to actually finish some quilts. I've quilted on my machine almost every day since January 1st and I can attest that these are by far the best pair of gloves I have ever worn for quilting! They are comfortable, light-weight and they breathe so your hands don't sweat. They have some kind of fabric on the tips of the fingers and thumb that grabs the fabric. They are so lightweight that I can pick up a dropped pin with no trouble. I love them so much that I recommended them on my Instagram account and ordered 2 additional pair. I love them deeply and truly-lol. They are lightweight, and allow air through so that the hands do not sweat inside. I have always had problems with gloves, I dislike their feel on my hands. But these are so soft that I hardly realize I'm wearing them. I work in Asia where the humidity is high therefore I really appreciate their airiness which prevents my hands from sweating inside them.
