However, the seller reached out to me and refunded me anyway, as well as sent a replacement with one of the other (older) designs that works much better. Honestly, I was surprised they would even notice my one negative review among all the thousands of positives, but that just goes to show how well they stand behind their product. The replacement they sent is the one with the pink pen, which has wing stamps on both ends, along with a second pen that's two different liner pens. It's definitely a step up from the newer design, as the wings are much easier to place correctly. I thought I was done with this brand, but the seller totally changed my mind. I now know to just order what I've liked in the past from them and not try anything new or different. Original review: I first bought this eyeliner in July 2021, and it was wonderful. One pen had the wings at both ends, and one pen was just the eyeliner marker. It was perfect! I bought it again in December 2021, and though the packaging had changed, the design of the wings was the same, and it worked perfectly. My next purchase was in March 2023, and it had changed quite a bit. Now each pen had one wing end and one eyeliner marker end. The wings didn't have the helpful little divits that I used to align them, either. I was disappointed, but I made it work. I've now made my final purchase of iMethod eyeliner stamp pens. The wing ends are narrower and harder to line up evenly. They had a great product to begin with, but they continue to change the design and have made it so much harder to use now.
