I followed the directions and seasoned the cooking surface and placed it face down on my ceramic grill to complete the process. Clean up after that was not too bad. I cooked my shrimp in a bath of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning. It was a better end result than just marinating the shrimp and grilling directly. When cooked over a medium heat, I checked about every 2 minutes until they were cooked properly.
