There is no jingle jangle things hanging from the spurs. The Rawls do jingle as you walk.

I know they don't have jingle bobs, but do they jingle or chime ?

Really don't know. I bought them as a gift for my daughter. Was 1 of 3 she had picked out.

Do they fit men's size 8 boot?

I wear a size 12 and they fit fine.

Well built spurs. Definitely recommend changing the rowels. The rowels that they come with have a lot of bite to them.
