Simply put, I love this item.
The key is not to tamper with the order of the pages as packaged in the ream. If you can manage to do that then the steps are simple: load with yellow first starting with side of ream that has yellow on top followed by white (AGAIN, IN THE ORDER IT WAS PACKAGED). Top of yellow page you see as it arrives needs to be loaded as the side that needs to be printed based on your printer. The yellow sheet will print 1st followed by the white, white will land on top and then whatever you write on white will transfer onto yellow pretty darn clearly. If it reacts like "regular paper, no transfer" as others commented its prob loaded incorrectly. If you think you got regular paper call the # they provide in packaging pretty simple. This stuff will save u big bucks, ordering custom order forms, receipts, etc can get pricey! Only thing I can understand is that there are no instructions provided and yes loading white first may seem logical but truly having your hard copy (white) land on top is most efficient. Example: if you are printing multiple sets imagine having to go back and rearranging them all.

"Carbonless Paper" is not the same as "No Carbon Required" (NCR)
I didn't realize that I needed paper labeled "NCR" to be able to print and have it transpose to second sheet. Aside from my misunderstanding about the product, it's good quality paper, but it is not "NCR" so it will not copy through to second page, FYI. Hopefully this info will be helpful.

Works Good
This 2 part paper worked good. No issues with the first part of the ream being bad. It is easy to get the side mixed up though. So I put a white and yellow together and make a small mark in the corner so I know that I have it right before I put them in the printer. Also, I don't know how many duplexing printers do this, but if I print 2 copies at once, my printer prints on the wrong side of the first page and the right side on the second. If I printer 1 page at a time, it works fine.

non carbon part.
Eh. If you only want the non carbon part, this is it. I wanted a 2 part form and the description wasn’t clear to me

As Good as the NCR paper
I printed about 55 duplicate invoices with no problem. As with the NCR paper, you have to load it properly to get the paper properly collated for the carbonless copies to work. The other reviews that couldn't get it right must be operator error, it isn't realistic to blame the paper. I like the fact that this paper comes with a reusable box to protect the unused contents. They also included extra cardboard dividers in case you need to separate the ream into smaller portions. Good paper. Prints fine in my laser printer. Nicer paper than the NCR in my opinion.

Printers tend to flip pages over before printing on them so it's likely you'll have to load it upside down like I did
This paper does in fact work. It's a little tricky because the white and yellow sheet must be both face up for it to work though, as it only works from one direction on both. Printers tend to flip pages over before printing on them so it's likely you'll have to load it upside down like I did. The pages do tend to stick and feed more than one at a time, which happened to me once out of 40 copies (80 sheets)

Perfect for my needs!
I wanted to have some nicer sales receipts for my business and found it was really expensive to order custom ones, so when I found this product that allows me to print my own, I was very excited! They turned out amazing! Just make sure the papers are turned the right way when you print on them so they will work properly ;)

Using for silent auction bid sheets
The white and yellow pages are collated from the box, but are not attached to each other. You need to print each page (white and yellow) separately if you want the same 'basic' info on each page. I did flip through the pages before running through the printer, but occasionally two pages would come out at the same time. I just put the blank page back in the printer later.I cut these into thirds, and we will either staple a corner or slide a glue stick across the top to hold them together. I did write on a set on top of a tablecloth, to see if it would be firm enough. The carbon copy was slightly faint, but still readable. I think these will be a success for our auction!
