Very nice all in one

I have been using these vitamins since my sleeve surgery over 4 years ago because I could not afford the ones my surgeon's office recommended. They say not to use capsules, but when I placed one of these in water, it took about 30 seconds for the capsule to start dissolving and releasing the insides. I showed my doctor how quickly they dissolve and that the nutrition is almost exactly the same as the bariatric vitamins he was recommending, and he said we could give them a try. Every blood test I've had in the past 4+ years has shown my levels to be right where they should be. I see no reason to fork out the money for the expensive brands.

This is the perfect Bariatric vitamin to take. Not only does it include everything you need to stay healthy, but you only have to take it once a day. I’ve read where some people take it in the morning, I tried that...my stomach didn’t like it. So for me, I take it mid afternoon, after lunch. Sometimes after taking it, my face will get flushed and red. It doesn’t last a long time, nor does it happen every time. I do feel a lot more energized. I go for my 6 month blood work soon and I’m curious as to what my numbers will be. All in all, a great buy and very quick delivery.

I have a little trouble swallowing the capsule because of the size. Good results in absorption.

I’ve been taking these bariatric vitamins for 7 days. I’m not as tired, nothing happens overnight. It’s like these vitamins have started waking my body up from sleep. It’s only been 7 days & I’m not tired, I have more energy, got a body jumpstart. After having Gastric bypass chewing those chalk tasting vitamins a couple times a day, and other vitamins, and disgusting liquid shots of protein bullets I’m more than ready for this vitamin.. This bariatric vitamin exceeds my expectations.. 1 of these vitamins has more percentages of vitamins / nutrients than I need.. It has Bioperine. That raises absorption of the ingredients in this vitamin.. I’ll update further after longer use.. So far so good..

So far very happy with the medication. Easy to take, and no issues with indigestion. Shipped quickly, bottle same as pictured. Purchased this after gastric sleeve surgery as a daily multivitamin. I was looking for a once a day pill, as I did not want to carry pills to work. Most other bariatric multivitamins required 2-3 doses for a full daily allowance of vitamins, this does it with one. Each bottle is a 90 day supply, so it will last a long time.

These vitamins are awesome! I went for a few months without them and my iron levels got messed up! Learned my lesson of not taking them!
