I asked a couple neighbors, and that was their reaction also. The back had several black marks that will not come out. The price was so low that I will not bother returning it, but I would not recommend buying it! Sadly, I bought several of these covers to change out cushions. This is the first one to arrive, so I hope the others a re better than this one. I would be embarrassed to use it on my sofa.
