Ridiculously expensive.

I have been using this creme daily since I entered menopause 18 years ago. I can't say for sure but I think it has helped keep my skin supple, my female organs moist, and, most of all, my voice flexible (I teach singing and I sound good at 69). The voice is effected by hormones and I believe this creme has helped me keep singing without sounding "old". Measured envelopes makes it easy to get the same dosage every day and take them along for travel. Not expensive compared to buying it in stores, if they have it. Excellent product.

I'm 52 and a big believer in natural supplements. This cream works for hot flashes. Just open individual packets and alternate days, one day rub inside arms at elbows and the next inner thighs. A little goes a long way. I also gave some to my 74yr old father after chemo therapy messed up his hormones he suffers from hot flashes and he said it really helped.

I have been using this product at the suggestion of my midwife when I entered perimenopause. I occasionally attempt to wean myself off of it to see how I do. It's not good. Thanks, Emerita, for making a product that so clearly helps women. I like the individual packets because it's easier for me to know exactly how much I'm using.
