Does the case fit music books?

There is not enough room in the case with instrument for music books. Maybe one sheet our two, but not books. They would damage the instrument.

Will a mute fit in this case?

I'm afraid not. It has a small area for valve oil, etc. But a mute will not fit.

will this fit old conn ambasador model?

I bought it for a 1955 conn director cornet and it was the right fit.

Will this case fit the vintage Cornets with the Shepherd's crook configueration?

Not 100 % sure, but I don’t think so.

Sturdy and Lightweight

It fits my cornet fine. It is sturdy and lightweight. The section in the front (inside the case) is large and holds accessories.

Nice Case

I bought this case to hold my cornet. I have an older cornet, (Conn) and it fits fine in this case. The case looks very nice, & it seems to have enough padding inside. It even has a place to hold your accessories (mute, valve oil, etc). Plus it's made in the USA, so I'm glad I bought it!

Very acceptable budget case

Is just fine....the plastic is a little flimsy but for the money it is a great case. My husband had a case that was 50yrs old and falling apart!
