They are a bit bulky but so long they keep my feet warm serve all the purpose. Actually I wanted to buy another pair of shoes that could keep my feet warm while at work but after trying out these socks I ditched the idea of buying shoes which saves me a great deal of my money. I am happy

I should imagine the socks are ok if you have slim legs. However, if you have larger calves the elastic in the tops of the socks is too tight, therefore giving the opposite benefit & making your feet cold...

I bought these due to the stated 4.7 tog rating as I'm always with cold feet, especially at this time of year. I was attracted to the 'festive' over the top white fluff which made me think of Christmas stockings and I like the Scandinavian snowflake designs, but I wished for a drop-down menu offering colour choice. (Maybe I should have asked, but I didn't, and I hoped I wouldn't get the awful pink ones).I received grey - attractive enough! - and the pink - *groan*. 'It doesn't matter'' Fiance said, 'no one else sees them'. 'I do' I answered...Oh, they are deliciously warm and cosy at first, but soon the fluffy interior somehow moved and scrunched up, irritatingly inbetween my toes. Hence the two stars. I would suggest just wearing them as Bed Socks, because walking with them moves the fluffy interior about where you don't want it.~ This review was written by a woman with ice-cold feet who is a design student. ~

Bought for my mother who has really bad circulation and always complains that her feet are cold (they are like ice) so I thought I would try these socks and was worried they be uncomfortable and the quality might not be good, but they are so soft and really warm a real god-send. Beautiful colours and not tight fitting can be worn in boots or wellies, fleecy. Overall comfortably 5 out of 5 and warmth 5 out of 5! Thank you for such a great item!

I thought I was going to love these. Yes they are super warm and much warmer than the tog socks or any others that I've tried. BUT, the lining is bigger than the outside layer, which means you end up with a big bit of lining stuck at the end of your toes. Most uncomfortable, doesn't fit in my wellies and is a trip hazard when walking around the house as it makes my feet an inch longer than I'm used to. I wondered whether I got an unfortunate couple of pairs, but a relative (knowing my issues with cold feet) got me an identical set for Christmas, and I have the same issue with those. If you can put up with the bad design then they are lovely and warm, but sadly not much use for me.

I got this hoping to be able to use regular boots during the cold months (instead of using the same snow boot to warm my feet on the streets) and must say they really do the job. I'm so happy that now I can use more than 1 pair of boots during the winter.

These socks are true to size and fully lined with a white fleecy mocky fur lining. They wash well and can be tumbled dried. They are very warm and are perfect for keeping my feet warm. I have Raynaud`s so my feet get extreemly cold and these are really warm in bed.

I’ve always had to wear 2 pairs of socks in winter (1 normal, 1 woolly over the top), but can wear these and feel even warmer. In fact, I haven’t taken these off since they arrived. PERFECT.
