Serves its purpose

Experience says: Don't let the bag touch the hot pan bottom while boiling. There is a foldable round spacer for the inside of cooking pots somewhere on Amazon, use that, or a mesh or whatever, to keep the bags off the pot bottom. They can melt (in the water), no fun!Wife was happy after that initial trouble, making now fine Moi Moi. I still don't like them, a costly way to cook, but its better than aluminium foil, although I can't test if something goes into the food from that material. And it looks very neat if you cook for other people like in the church.

The Product is good but expensive. How I wish the price will be more cheaper, it will encourage me to by more. I might go back to my old ways of making moi moi. Cheaper price will increase your turnover. I hope you will work on your price.

I was so excited with my purchase that I used it same day that it was delivered.. This is an excellent invention. I love the idea of the bags being lock zipped in the pot. I managed to produce the tastiest moin- moin I have ever steamed. I will highly recommend the moi moi pouch to all the good cooks out there. Normally, I would use a larger pot, this time conveniently fit my moin moin in a medium stock pot. I washed the pouches to re-use, they are really easy to wash. The pouches are generous enough when expanded at the bottom.

Reusable, moi moi slides out easily,no bust ups.Very easy to use..
