Aqua-Vu AV Micro II Underwater Camera

Might be better in crystal clear water, but your average water won't allow you to see anything past 6 inches directly in front of the tiny camera. It does exactly what it says it does, I can't be mad, but I'm not particularly happy either.A positive is that it comes with two charging cables, one for a standard outlet and the other is the car adapter plug so you can charge it in the boat.

I fish a very clear water lake. I never get an image as clear as advertised. It works but that image advertised must have been in 2 feet of water on a very sunny day in crystal clear water. On the plus side it is compact and battery life on mine is very good.

Water needs to be clear. However the Camera is very good. The UV light amplification is helpful. Lens angle is generous. Screen is a little small. May have gone bigger if I had seen it in person. Glad I didn't pay 50% more at big box store

I give it a 4 since i haven't used it on the water yet, screen looks great, bigger then expected. very nice carrying case included and plug in adapter if you qualified for those extra goodies. Will give it a 5 when i can get on the water

Pros: Nice and compact.Good battery life.Cons: Takes alot of winding and unwinding to get camera where you need it to go.Poor water clarity will severely limit what you can see.In even moderately bright conditions you will not be able to see anything on the screen.Small cable is hard to grip with your fingers to pan if you are cold.

Works great on the ice so far . Its a small unit and a little hard to control the camera, but what i use it for, to see if there is fishable fish in the area, it works well. Clarity is fine and in really clear water it is really nice to watch for fish. Have not used it in the sun yet, and expect the normal cant see the screen just like any phone, but we will deal with that. Happy so far.

Screen is very hard to see. Had to stick the unit under my shirt just to be able to watch it. Cable is very thin. If it gets caught on a rock or branch or any kind of snag it will be gone. If this was under 100 bucks I would have kept it. But for the money it's just not that useful.

Price okay but field of view and hard to stabilize, even in still water
