Looking at it from across the room...a bright informative colorful display. Started on batteries but switched to AC power when I found a better all-around location Easy to set up and when on AC power, stays illuminated all the time. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Love it. EZ to set up, worked the first time, unlike the Newentor I had to return. The display is bright and easy to read, including the day and date, which were too small and dim on the Newentor Q3. The only con is the loud annoying beep that accompanied any button press. I asked them how to turn it off. They said, "Sorry."

I received this weather station today. Setup was easy and the device looks good. The first thing I noticed when the sensor connected to the base station is that the battery indicator indicated "low" even with brand new, fresh batteries. I tried several batteries from a fresh pack, always the same result. The base station was plugged into 110V via the power source which came with it. The sensor worked flawlessly as long as it was between 1-15ft from the base station. The base station showed a connection with 5 bars. But when I moved the sensor 6ft across my deck and tried to mount it there the base station lost the signal and never regained it. The reach of 300ft is a joke! I found a way to mount the sensor underneath the glass table on my deck and have now a 5 bar connection and decent temperature and humidity readings. This also provides very good protection for the sensor from the elements. In summer I have sun on that deck for a couple of hours. I assume that skews the temperature and humidity readings during that time. But I can live with that. What bothers me is the poor signal strength I get when I move the sensor just a few feet further and that the battery level indicator for the sensor keeps on showing "Low". Therefore the 2 stars. I like the looks of the station and so far the accuracy. I will update my review in the future should the battery level indicator or anything else change. Update on 6/3/2019: I have had this weather station for over two months now and have upgraded it to 4 stars. It works perfectly and with good accuracy. The location I put the sensor at turned out to be a great location because the sensor is protected and when the sun is shining on the deck I put the sun umbrella up and the sensor reading is not affected by direct sun exposure. Batteries seem to be holding up just fine. The battery indicator has not shown up again but I can live with that. Overall very good product I can recommend with only minor things to criticize. Therefore 4 stars out of 5.

For about $40, its a great little unit with a nice display. I was a little reserve on ordering the product as I have read all the bad reviews. I seems to be fairly accurate, not going to say fully accurate but I have only have my phone to compare it to, and its always been within a couple degrees considering the airport to about 7 miles away which does the reporting. As far as the remote sensor, I was even more apprehensive because I wanted to use this in my shop which has steel walls and a cell phone signal even has a hard penetrating the walls. My remote sensor is about 40' away and never had a problem with it communicating with the base. I would assume the sensor is NOT fully water tight as per the instructions say to locate it where rain cannot directly get to it. I just used a zip tie under an eve of the house which seemed to work great. The atomic clock has not once lost its signal or lost time, which I've had other brands do. Some people seem to think that this has a picture on the display of the forecast, which is wrong. Its merely telling you the current barometric pressures. Sunny and flowers is high pressure, clouds and lightning is low pressure, its not a reflection of what the weather is doing outside. The display is bright, colorful, and easy to read... kind of.. I have this unit on a table and can read it fine either sitting or standing, harder to read the display from the side to side angles, or if you are down lower than the unit itself. Must be plugged in to see the display, but does have battery backup so you dont have to redo the setup. The setup itself was really easy as well. Ive had this unit for about 5 months.

Bought this La Crosse Technology Wireless Atomic Digital Color Forecast Station for my mom, and she’s still using it to this day. It’s reliable, easy to read, and very accurate. She loves checking the forecast and temperature every day, and it’s held up great over time. A thoughtful purchase that turned out to be a long-term favorite—highly recommended.

This is what i want it for a long time!!!! Pros: - Very easy to read information during the day or at night - Works plugged in and also with batteries - Accurate readings most of the time - Easy to follow instructions - 2 AA batteries are required for the sensor - Very cool Animated Forecast background Cons: - None so far Overall we like this unit at home, we are able to see the outdoor and indoor temperatures at a glance. It helps us predict what we can expect for the day!!! I know we all have smartphones and we can get the weather updates that way buy having it hanging on your wall or just displayed on a table makes it so much easier and at the same time looks great. My 6 year learned to tell us the weather on a daily basis, great way to teach your kids My friend thought it was a high end weather station, i mean PRICE wise jajaaja he went ahead and purchased one after checking the price. ****Quick note**** I applied clear tape all around the wireless sensor that is setup outside my door just to prevent any water getting into the unit, BE CAREFUL NOT to tape the actual sensor opening i left that open for obvious reasons!!! We love this weather station because is it is a nice size but not too big. It is bright and colorful which makes it very easy to see and read. It has the day, date & time in the center of the screen. It gives indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity levels. Living in FL makes this a very helpful feature. You can also set alarms for when temperatures and humidity reaches a certain level. We aren't using the feature. You can plug this in or use the battery feature. I highly recommend this weather station.

Unfortunately, it is not very accurate. In spite of us having placed the sensor out of direct sunlight and placing it in a cover device that the manufacturer sells the temperature and humidity are rarely accurate. I can say an odd thing has occurred, the indoor humidity sensor after almost 2 years of being stuck on 29% suddenly started working. The level is within the range of a more technically superior sensor. I have no clue why it suddenly started working but I am happy it did. None of these devices are really easy to set up. Unfortunately, there are always a lot of steps to follow before you can be assured that you have it setup properly. One thing I do like about it is the screen is easy to read and gives you its inaccurate information at a glance. Other brands could learn from this unit in this regard. It is a part of the appeal of the device that got me to purchase it. Another criticism of the device is that it can be raining outside and yet the unit indicates that it is merely cloudy. It is often true of the reverse. The unit indicates that it is raining when in fact it is cloudy and no rain is predicted. Another criticism of this device and thus far every other brand is that the actual screen size is small because they make the case so big. This is cheap technology and there is no reason for them scrimping on actual screen size.

Absolutely fantastic weather station. Easy to set up, including the outdoor sensor but make sure you also buy an outdoor housing for it to keep it weather proofed. Only one drawback currently is that it has what under investigation seems to be a US mains pinned plug to connect to the mains with. Afterallthistime were great with a much speedier delivery than even that estimated at ordering. They were also very prompt at answering my mains power query but in the end suggested just 2 adapter plugs, one was a standard UK adapter for plugging extra things in and the other was a EU adapter plug, which as it seems to be a US plus as per photo I sent them, wasn't a lot of help. After a final try at getting some help from them following which they stopped replying, so I purchased a US to UK power adapter, which hasn't done the trick. La Crosse is a Michigan company which I have contacted to hopefully help me as Afterallthistime don't seem to know what they are selling in detail. Lastly if La Crosse can't give me a solution I will continue to just run on batteries as it is still a great machine. Seem from the start to be very accurate, even though La Crosse says it takes a few weeks to get forecasts fully running

別モデルのLa Crosse Technologyの温湿度計を以前（５年前）より使用しており、気に入っているので追加でこのモデルを購入しました。単三電池３本でも付属のACアダプターでも電源取れます。海外製なので電波時計の受信はできませんが、たまに時刻合わせすればいいので。類似の廉価品は液晶の透けやセンサー感度がいまいちのものが多いですが、La Crosse Technologyのものは値段は少々しますが表示の美しさ、正確さ、センサーの耐久性はピカイチかと。実際、５年使用していますが、センサーが読み取れなかったことは一度もありませんし、センサーの電池は一度しか交換していません。買えばきっと満足されるのではないかと思いますよ。

Hasta el momento parece que funciona bien,solo el reloj no podía configurarlo ya que por internet encontré una explicación de cómo es que recibe la hora y es por medio de una señal en AM muy por debajo de la mayoría de señales en esa frecuencia la señal es enviada de los Estados Unidos de un reloj atómico las funciones de humedad y temperatura en interior y exterior funcionan bien ya las cheque con resultados del servicio meteorológico de mi país.
