THOR INSTRUMENTS 300" Spartan Steel Shield 36" Inches Rustic Vintage Home Decor Gifts

First off it's absolutely massive, I guess I didn't quite visualize 36 inches correctly, it's basically a real shield. The only thing I'm not happy about is that the shield is made to hold in your right hand, so if you're right handed (holding the shield in your left hand) the Lambda on the shield is upside down.

Sheild is massive, 3 feet in diameter (36 inches) it is not convex as the picture shows, but flat. The edges are as shown. Handle is made of an uncomfortable steel loop and cheap steel handle with no leather, spread out too far unless you have very long arms.

The shield arrived in a beat up box that was partially open. Edges of the shield were bent and show some rust. There are no rivets around the edges as shown in sale photos. Spot welds look like they were done by a infant. Raised “V” is not flush with shield surface.Honestly, you would be better off buying a metal sledding disk and modifying it.

unimpressed it’s made to hold in the left hand it’s very uncomfortable, the polish is not like the picture and i could have made a better version of this for 1/2 the price with a harbor freight welder

There are two screws that come out from the back to the front making it look stupid.
