Nerf Elite 2-In-1 Demolisher

This is definitely one of my favorite new additions to my Nerf Collection. This is a really awesome gun with some minor flaws. So, lets start with the good. 1) The gun shoots extremely well it is both accurate and powerful. I had thought I wouldn't like the mega dart launcher but it is actually a fairly good punctuation on the end of your sentence of nerf bullets. 2) Great look and feel. I love the design. I even like the orange color. The stock, which fits several other guns is a really great design innovation. 3) the price point is perfect. I bought two of them over the holidays as gifts and they were less than $40. 4) Fits any standard clip so you have a lot of flexibility with your load. 5) Nerf finally got the motor start, the fire trigger and the clip release right. I can shoot a full clip and dump the empty one handed. Now, onto the little bit of bad. 1) I'm never a fan of any Nerf gun that needs batteries. But, at least, they went with the ubiquitous AA batteries so no real issue. 2) They sold it with the wrong clip. This gun needs the round, 25 shot clip from the Rampage. It fits absolutely beautifully behind the round grenade launcher and holds enough am to make it worthwhile the little dinky curved clip it comes with should be immediately discarded. 3) I will admit it does jam a bit. But, it seems to be an either or situation. It either jams 2-3 times in a row or it shoots the whole clip with no issue. So, all in all a great gun at a great price. Good work, Nerf!

This is quickly becoming my son's (and my) favorite Nerf gun. The consistent non jamming operation is pretty stellar compared to ECS-10. They both utilize the same style clip but this one seems to have gotten it right. This unit also seems to have a higher fire rate and dart speed than the ECS-10. The grenade launcher takes a little bit more force to get any kind of distance and my 6 year old struggled a bit at first but is getting the hang of it. Overall I believe this to be one of the best battery operated nerf guns and am very pleased with the purchase.

I purchased the Nerf N-Strike Elite Demolisher 2-in-1 Blaster for my son and it is a large nerf gun that uses batteries and an electric motor to semi-automatically launch nerf darts. The darts are loaded into the clip and shoot very fast. Older darts will like mush down and not properly cycle through the gun and clip jams and misfires are common. The mega dart is propelled by a pneumatic pump action and the thing is painful at close range. It will demolish your fun if it hits you in the face when shot at. Overall a great gun but negative 1 star for the feeding issues and the bulkiness of the gun.

Thought i would be a huge let down but was one of the best Nerf Blaster i have ever used but note this Blaster has problems with suction darts and will grind them also does the same thing when the darts jam but the clip does look nice on the retaliator and the back stock will fit on any Nerf Blaster that can use a back stock like a alpha trooper or a retaliator but this blaster does not look good with scopes but i do recommend using a scope because its hard to aim with the iron sight also it easily gets 90 feet and the missiles get about 80 but it feel a lot like a rayven when your using it.It's not anything like a stryfe i would highly recommend this Nerf Blaster.

This was a very fun toy for our family. We have a little battle with these almost every day. This is a little too big for a 4-5 year old. Mine have a hard time lifting it, although this means you don't have to guard your face (these hurt at close range). Our older children 7+ have no problems shooting and aiming this gun. One downside with these guns is the motor. If you are trying to go stealth the motor will give you away no matter what so you have to use the missile. I prefer the Zing bow and arrows when it comes to a quiet attack. 1 out of 5 of our guns does not have a good missile launch. Always sucks when your stuck with that in the battle. It's big as advertised, shoots fast and some what far, and I do NOT recommend you older siblings getting it for your younger ones. Got it for my 11 year old brother who now uses it to threaten me! Even though he is joking, it is not fun being pointed at with such a huge nerf gun that shoots at wicked speed and the pain level is pretty high. Just to be clear, he is not violent with it, then again, not fun having his gigantic thing pointed towards you even as a joke. Over all, he loves it, has had his fun pretending to have more power than me, but in the end, I over power him and the gun is used for what it is, a toy. Also there are in other reviews that you have to pull back the handle really fast so you an shoot the foam rocket far and I can varify that to be true.

I really liked the demolisher its very fun to use. I love the missile part of the gun! But there are a few things that need mentioning….The gun itself is pretty heavy, not for little children. And the trigger for the flywheel system is one of the hardest Nerf triggers to pull. And it has more distances so i recommend that you give it to an older kid. If your child does use this, you may need to help him out. But overall a great blaster. Nice impression to the 2014 Nerf blasters.

Between myself and the boys, we own a lot of nerf guns. The majority of them are great fun. Nerf rarely makes a bad product. This is definitely one of the good ones. It's a little bulky, but we're not elite players either. The regular dart launcher fires relatively accurately, and the big missile shooter at the bottom is terrific fun.

Bon, le look, on aime ou on aime pas. Le gros lance-grenade surdimensionné avec un blaster au look de fusil d'assaut, j'adore! Le lance grenade est manuel et plus vous ramenez fort la pompe, plus votre grenade ira loin. Le blaster en lui même fonctionne avec 4 piles AA et en semi auto uniquement. Côté perf', on est un peu au dessus du Stryfe ou du Rayven en terme de cadence et de portée. Ajoutez à cela un chargeur courbe type M4 et des tas de rails de personnalisation et vous obtenez mon blaster electrique préféré...

Mein Neffe hat dieses Spielzeug (zusammen mit der Nerf N-Strike Stampede ECS-60) zum Geburtstag bekommen (es lässt sich ja schlecht miteinander spielen, wenn nur einer solch ein Ding hat). Die beiden riesigen Pakete (schön verpackt) wurden ruckzuck aufgerissen und dann war kurz die Sprache weg bevor nur noch minutenlang ein "Geil. Geil. Geil......" zu hören war. Das habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt, dass er vor Freude keine Worte mehr gefunden hat. Das Spielzeug war schnell zusammengebaut. Das aufmunitionieren der Magazine dauert etwas, aber das abfeuern dieser macht wirklich Spaß. Ich bin überrascht, wie treffergenau diese Dinger sind. Es gab kein verhaken, die Feuergeschwindigkeit ist gut, aber der Motor sollte immer wieder auf Touren kommen, bevor geschossen wird. Die Rakete feuerte am Anfag nicht, was aber daran lag, dass diese zu fest klemmte (durch die Stabilisatoren) und per Hand durch 'Luftdruck abgefeuert wird. Nachdem diese gestutzt waren, feuerte auch diese ganz gut, aber zielungenau. Trotzdem eine coole Sache!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my 13 year old son after reading a few favourable online reviews. I was a little dissappointed in the run up to Christmas when he told me he wanted the Nerf N-Strike CS 18. I was about to send the demolisher back and buy the CS 18 but decided he could have both. On Christmas day both were opened and after 20 minutes of dodging darts it emerged that the Demolisher was more fun. The grenade launcher is excellent fun. It also takes AA batteries which is better for me as I have loads of rechargeables lying around. The best thing is about this gun is it hardly ever jams where the CS 18 frequently jammed making it very frustrating. Over 2 months in, the Demolisher is still going strong and my son's go to gun for surprise ambushes on me. The fire rate is not as fast as the CS 18 but the grenade launcher makes up for it. I wouldn't recommend the Demolisher as a gift for children because you will get shot alot. That is only because the gun is awesome. This gun works well with the 18 dart clip. My son actually taped 2 together upside down so he can fire off 18 shots then flip the magazines and fire off another 18 before i can take it off him.
