Quality
I know it's from the low end of the Shimano range but I didn't want to spend much on a 16yr old bike. It was a straight swap and it's working perfectly. Gears change perfectly.

pretty much a standard replacement part. i had no issues with the quality of the item as it was a manufacturer part thats easy to fit and pricing wasnt to bad
