Wonderful product!
The photos don't do this justice! I am very happy with this purchase. The bowl is well-crafted, the cutouts are smooth, and the width of the bowl is great for my purposes. I enjoy crocheting dishcloths and often use the large cones of cotton yarn. They sit nicely in the bowl, don't tip over, and it's easy for me to pull yarn off as I go. I don't need the run the yarn through the circular opening.

Stinky, smelly bowl
Yep, this smells BAD. I put lemongrass oil on it hoping to help, nope. I hope are helps because this bowl is beautiful. I researched and Indian Sheesham wood does have an odor...I just should have researched before buying.

Solid wood, heavy yarn holder

beautiful bowl
This is a beautiful and nice-sized bowl. It is bigger than the plastic one I had been using. It holds my yarn and project with plenty of room. It took the shipping company 3 tries to deliver, but the bowl was worth the weight.
