Kay toy came with 2 right legs
The toy came with 2 right legs check the pictures, hence it can't complete the transformation and my kid found out and is upset about it, would like to request to have a refund or replaced please!

Nice. potty training my son and this is the reward toy because he loves the show.

Kay is such a loved toy!
My son requested this toy and was so happy to have his own Kay to look at and play with (as he says), Yes some pieces come off, but they go back on fine. I have to help my son get the arms back on bc the cover flap needs to be slightly ajar to get it around the ball socket. Such a great toy, the Robot trains show on netflix is good. a 5 year old plays hard on his toys, so yes wheels have already broken after one week, I don't blame this on the toy but just a learning lesson to my son not to crash up and bang his toy so hard! even tho I know I can fix it with glue, and will eventually, i bought another one just as backup since its such a loved toy!

Wanted toy
Grandson called me to ask if I could find this toy because he wanted it. He got it for Valentines Day and was very happy.

Poorly made
Cheaply made! We ordered this toy and another robot train, Alf. Alf is large and so durable. This broke coming out of the box. I don’t mind putting legs on constantly but when every part keeps falling off then it’s just junk. For this price, it should have made it through the day at least. Garbage.

Fell apart on first play
The legs fell off as soon as we took this out of the box. I would return it but Kay is my son's favorite character and the only thing he asked for for the holidays so I choke down spending $55 on this complete POS. Unless you're in the same situation, I highly recommend not buying this product.

Not well built legs fall off
Disappointed in this toy for the price of $34! Both legs do not stay on they continue to fall off and overall not worth the money. Low quality.

Not available in US stores but not great quality
My son loves these toys! However, the legs have snapped off multiple times. It is easy to get them back on but I expected a little better quality. I just hope the legs don't get lost.
