It is lightweight and easy to hold in your hand without feeling pain in your wrist. I found it nice to use as a selfie stick as it has an included remote control that connects using Bluetooth. Phone mount is OK however the "joint" part is flimsy. Not good in any wind at all. But it does the job on a cheap side.
