I am in love with this bottle. This is my second bottle. The first one I had lasted me, gosh I feel like I had it for five years. It was a different design but tea bloom. I dropped it in my sink, okay, it was slightly more forceful, I thought the plastic bucket was in the sink when I dropped it in, and nope hit the ceramic and cracked right at the lip. I immediately felt the loss and sadness for my favorite tea tumbler. And I quickly ordered another.I love this. It’s pretty. It’s functional. It keeps my tea hot or iced, which ever kind of tea I am rocking that day. I get a lot of compliments on my tumbler and people saying “I wish I had one.” Hello, go get one, they are wonderful for anyone who likes to infuse their water or drink tea. The lid does feel kind of cheap compared to the bottle. But it looks nice and works reliably with no complaints.I did contact customer service at Tea Bloom, because my basket was not sitting at the top of the bottle like my old one did, they assured me that is not correct and are taking care of my problem in a less than 24 hour turn around. So that’s great service. (Their teapots, are gorgeous and functional too.)

Really like this item. It’s very convenient for making tea, especially on the go. I gave it 4 stars because it didn’t insulate as well as I thought it would and after 11 days of owning it i dropped it and it shattered (while in the sleeve).

When I saw the other reviews I was worried about it breaking in transit. When I opened the box it was wrapped really well and then the box was padded out for keeping it still. The bottle has a bit of weight to it the handle feels nice. The instructions are nice and to the point and easy to understand. I'm happy with my purchase. Also thought that the decals on it would eventually wash off like most do after repeat washing, happy to find out that it is in between the glass layers! So no washing off from wear and tare.

Love it ...arrived safe and sound and fast . I used it soon as I got it ...love the simplicity of the design .Definitely buy again.. maybe a couple people's gift this year.

I live in the southwest so we ALWAYS carry water wherever we go. I bought the Teabloom Tumbler because it is glass, doubled/insulated with the stainless infuser. It is well made, really great quality, the perfect size for carrying and/or fitting in a bag/purse. It's a good investment.

I got this from my kids for mothers day. I love it. Make your hot loose tea, or float fruit in it without a mess. Love this bottle plus beautiful art work on it. Double walled, and art is on the inside outer wall, wont scratch off when washing lt. UPdate Summer 2023 : It broke a little while back, I had it for a long time and I was not the most gentle and It made it through a lot. I had my pre teen son holding it and he dropped it on a concrete floor while out shopping and it broke :-( I contacted the company and they honored their warranty and sent me a replacement for free. I really Love Teabloom products, such great quality. I have ordered many of there products and love all of them!
