Unisex-Child Classic Rain Boots Accessory

These boots are terrible quality! Not sure how it passed inspection but one boots label is upside down and it’s cut jagged and uneven. Just terrible. Also the sticker on the inside of the boot and cardboard filling is missing, makes me believe these are returns for the same reason and just sent to us without even checking.

Size chart is completely wrong. I bought a size 6 for my 5 year old according to the size chart. I should have gone by his usual size 12. These are a toddler size 6. Annoying.Otherwise they look good.Edited from 3 to 5 stars - once we got the size right, these are perfect boots and I know having purchased this brand before they will last through several seasons.

Usually I love this brand for toddler rain boots. My son wore his first pair for nearly 2 years- and he wore them daily nine months of each year (we live in Seattle).I ordered this new pair late may this year, and he only wore them 2 or three times before we stored them for summer. We store them indoors in a cool, dry place when not in use. He wore them for a short hike this Labor day weekend, and already the lining is slipping off the sides and one of the handles ripped off. This is unacceptable! These shoes should be sturdy enough to withstand a toddler pulling them onto their feet in the morning. We spend more money on this brand over others because of its flexibility, durability, and design quality. I am very dissappointed and won't be shopping Hatley in the future.

I ordered three different rain boots for my 5-year-old daughter to try on. All different brands, same size. Initially she wanted a patterned pair with unicorns or rainbows but when she put the pink Hatley rain boots on, she said they fit her so much better and wanted to keep them. The other brands seemed to pinch in the ankle area but these just fit her better. She is a size 13 in her tennis shoes, soccer shoes, ballet shoes and cowgirl boots but this size 13 were a bit large. I had her wear thick socks to help keep the boots from slipping off and that seemed to do the trick. I don't mind that them being a tad larger because that just means she might be able to wear these now and hopefully later in the fall if we get any additional rain. CAUTION if you are OCD like myself. The pink boots show scuff marks that don’t wipe off easily. I’ve found using a stain remover and a scrub brush is the only way to get those marks off. I have to do this every time she wears them otherwise, they look filthy. After each scrub down, they look brand new again but not without effort on my part.

Size 4 ordered for my 23 month old grandson of average size. The boots, to my surprise, fit perfectly. As mentioned, when I first opened the box they appeared small. His feet measure 5.3". Some European size charts for kids shoes include measurements in cm or inches, which is more helpful than height/weight when shopping for shoes.The boots are stiff for a little person, but he adjusted quickly. He loved his boots soooo much he slept with them at nap time the first day, and has worn them every day since. Waiting on the rain and big splashy puddles! Great quality!!

These boots are the cutest things! My daughter absolutely loves them and won't take them off! I gave them 4 stars bc we haven't worn them outside in the puddles yet but I'm confident they will hold up well and keep her dry. They run true to size. My 2 year old daughter is a size 6 and I originally ordered her a 6 which is her normal size and fit perfectly but I decided to return them and get the 7 so they will fit her through the fall. Side note - the back of the box is so cute and has little kid activities! My daughter enjoyed coloring all over the box!

I’m not sure if I received a fake or if the product changed however my boot does not match many of the pics. The largest difference is the logo. My daughters peeled off the first time she wore the boots and was significantly smaller than the images here. Won’t buy again since I don’t know.

We actually bought 4 different brands/rain boots before we finally bit the bullet and ordered these…I’m so glad we spent the extra money on these!!! We will only be using this brand moving forward for all my kids.It’s so soft on the inside, easy to take on/off, doesn’t wiggle/bend weird/slip while wearing, they are durable, Kees feet dry and absolutely adorable.Highly recommend - perfection!

Ordered a size 3 boot for my 9 year old.There was options of a child size 3 and UK size 3, not wanting the infant size I ordered a UK 3 but was sent a infant size boot.I have since read the reviews and this seems to be a problem with all the size 3’s and has been ongoing for sometime but they still have not fixed the error in the listing.Disappointed as wanted for tomorrow.Will purchase this brand again as could never trust the listing.Was a shame as the boots looked luvly

The boots themselves are of good quality, but as others have said, instead of adult UK size 3 being sent I got the infant size 3. It's quite an irritation especially as it appears nothing has been put in place to change the problem that clearly has been experienced by several others. Easy to return though, just a shame the problems haven't been rectified with regard size description.

First pair of these boots (size 6 infant) was worn for a year, pretty much daily. So easy on and off, great flexibility where needed (no chafing of hard top edges). Handles are perfect (no idea what some reviews are going on about the handies being too big ...) and the soles and heels wear well. Definitely suitable for the average to wide foot. Goes well in washing machine too. Now on to the size 7.So eye catching - the number of times I've had people / passers by in the street (!) comment about the wellies are countless.

Ordered these boots for my son in next size up. He wore them for the first time for a muddy walk across our fields. He told me his feet were wet, which I thought was odd as they were brand new wellies. I looked closer and there is a huge rip/hole on the back of the right foot. I thought this was appalling due to their cost. Because I bought them ahead of time, the return window has closed and I'm unable to get hold of the seller to remedy this problem. As it's not acceptable they leak and have a huge hole on first use

These are very well made children's rainboots, and they also look good. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size so had to send back, much to my son's disappointment, but I'd definitely recommend them.
