Liked the practical explanation. Recommend for practicing project professionals. Detailed explanation and contrasting information provided on various methodologies and infused with practical tips.

Project Management is a chore of a class and may very well be, as an abstract concept, my nemesis. I will never be a project manager and even though I read this book completed the class and received a solid grade (88) in the class, I'm still not fully sure what project managers do and when I ask people in my field this question, it's usually met with laughter and "I know right". Seriously though, what do they do???

A simple but effective framework for managing projects of all types. There is detailed 'how to' for all areas within the framework. This is my bible on project management.
