Good enough quality for a costume I’m wearing for Halloween. I wasn’t sure if it would fit perfectly, but it’s fine. It’s a little snug but it sort of expands to fit just right- if it were loose it probably wouldn’t stay on easily, so it’s a good fit overall. I think I won’t have to worry about it sliding and falling off easily, yet it isn’t so tight that it’s uncomfortable. I’m happy with it.

Great hat for a cheap Abe Lincoln costume. Hat might not hold up to a lot of abuse, so take it off if you have to wrestle anyone or fight any vampires. (Lincoln jokes)

Hat itself is great. My only complaint is about the tag that is stitched in the brim. Super inconvenient to remove. You will need a thread ripper to remove completely unless you don’t mind a glaring white stub. It’s not even on the back side of the hat it’s front and center.

I will start off saying this hat arrived a couple days later than expected, due to weather conditions I assume. That is probably the only negative thing I can say, depending on your expectations. I’m sure “real” top hats that cost a lot more are probably much higher quality than this one, but this hat does not feel like a cheap costume hat. It fit my head perfectly, which is larger than many heads, due to my large brain. It will fit smaller heads nicely as well because it has a sturdy elastic band inside to accommodate inferior craniums. No offense. I used the hat in conjunction with a green tailcoat for a Wizard of Oz costume (which I totally nailed) and I am looking forward to making excuses in the future to wear this hat again. Who knows, I might be freeing slaves on Presidents’ Day…On that subject, the hat could be used for a variety of costumes or even as a daily accessory if you’re into wearing top hats. It looks like the real thing, sits atop the noggin comfortably, will last all day probably all week or year, will fit most adults, and you won’t have to decide between buying a great hat and paying your light bill!

Bought this hat for a Halloween costume,Delivery was quick & packaged very well.This hat is nice but, made more for a teen. The hat was worn, but fit very tight.
