Instructions require some translation. Can't explain non-existent 'Creaser'.
I give star ratings for function, just opened package, NOT used. Appears well built. Online refers to a " Creaser " for "pant's edge and bottom..."IT DOESN'T EXIST! I intend to keep this product. When I figure something out I'll give another review.

The downside of this product is that leaks a little, but other than that, it does its job.
