Some things make it hard to install but a solid product that I have bought multiple times
Very sturdy. Great design to install in the foundation or floor. You’ll need masonry bits and patience to drill through tile or concrete but once installed it’s awesome. A doorstop that is solid and keeps the door open you want. I have several on doors with hinge closers and full on door closers. They work great. The toughest part is installing the spring loaded portion to the door. Getting it at the right height is important and you have to remove the back to screw it in. The way I did it was using some masking tape applied to the back of the plate that attaches to the door. After you have it Unscrewed line up the spring and assembly and open the door. Let the backing get stuck to the door and now you know where you want it. This is after the post with the magnetic stop is already installed into your floor/tile/foundation.

The media could not be loaded. Je suis très satisfait de cette butée de porte magnétique, le produit est solide, bien fini, et il remplit parfaitement sa fonction.L'installation est simple :. Percez le sol (diamètre 10mm sur 45mm de profondeur).. Vissez la cheville en acier fournie à l'aide d'une clé adéquat.. Vissez la partie "butée sol" sur la cheville en acier.. Posez la partie "butée porte" sur la butée au sol, puis venez plaquer votre porte contre le mécanisme afin de repérer l'endroit où vous devrez la fixer (avec une marque au crayon de papier par exemple).. Vissez la seconde partie "butée porte" sur le repère précédemment pris sur votre porte.J'espère que la fixation au sol tiendra dans la durée, car avec l'épaisseur du parquet, la cheville en acier ne rentre que de 2,5cm dans la dalle de béton.Pour le moment cela m'a l'air robuste, mais dans le cas contraire j'achèterais une cheville plus longue.

Sehr schön aussehender Türstopper/-feststeller. Für das magnetische Bodenteil wird ein Maueranker mitgeliefert, auf den das Bodenteil aufgeschraubt wird, so dass hinterher keine Montagematerialien mehr zu sehen sind. Die exakte Position des Türteils ist am einfachsten mit doppelseitigem Klebeband möglich, mit dem man dieses bei geöffneter Tür an der Türunterseite fixiert. Zum Anschrauben des Türteils bohrt man durch die Befestigungslöcher der Halterung, die an der Tür klebt. Die Magnetkraft ist ausreichend für die Haustür unseres Mehrfamilienhauses mit Türschließer. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.
