Works well so far
I’ve just used this new roller in my micro pedi device once so far. It seemed expensive when I could get multiple rollers that weren’t as coarse. After this 1st trial I’ve decided the new roller is far better than the other available ones are. It takes less time and does a better job removing my callus and rough heels. I just hope it lasts through more than a few uses.

Works well enough but next time I’ll definitely order more coarse.

Not OEM packaging
The item received is not in OEM packaging. The units that arrived feel a lot more like Extra coarse then Extreme coarse. If you look around Amazon you'll find much better deals that arrive as a 4 pack in OEM packaging for half the cost.
