Not smart phone required, you can have the preset treatment session without the app.

Is there a less expensive version made by the same company? I would love to get a full nights sleep but cannot afford these at double what they were.

How will this work when I'm working a 3 day 12 hour shifts?

I was wondering if you ended up getting these glasses? My son works as an EMT and works 3> 12 hour shifts a week. I’m not sure I understand how these glasses would improve your sleep if you had such a crazy work schedule?
