Nice bin with inner bins good quality

The bin is a nice size and good quality, as a bin it seems great. A little tricky to attach binbags to the inside of the bin though, we use drawstring bin bags and they dont really stay hidden, they have to stick out outside of the bin when the lid comes down which loses the neatness of the design, even though there is an inner bin. This probably wont be an issue if the circumference of your bin bags are the same as the opening of the bin and can hug tightly around the top. However very disappointed to see that my bin did not come with the Odor Control System filter in the bin lid as stated in the images and videos. This was the main reason I chose to order this item over others i'd seen on the internet, so that is quite frustrating. No way of contacting the distributor to ask for the missing parts and dont want to go through the hassle of arranging collection and return of a bin that came in 2 cardboard boxes that was unnecessarily large.

THE STEEL ROD THAT LIFTS THE BIN LIN IS ATTACHED TO A FLIMSY PLASTIC HEAD ON THE BIN LID WHICH EASILY BREAKS AFTER A SHORT WHILE, I HAVE HAD TO REMOVE THE MECHANISM THAT LOWERS THE LID SLOWLY. IT IS NOW A BOG STANDARD BIN THAT YOU HAVE TO OPEN & CLOSE YOURSELF, AVOID

Really liked the bin but after a year the pedal broke which is a shame. If i could get a new one or fix this that would be nice. Seems like these pedals are the longevity thing with these bins. The bin is good but worth max 30£

This Trash Can / Recycle Bin works as described, just as I had hoped. It is the perfect size for my kitchen in all ways. It was somewhat expensive but I hope it continues to function the way it does for a long time. I do like the look / design of this Trash Can / Recycle Bin which is not something that is usually said concerning something to hold garbage. After all of the other Trash Can / Recycle Bins I have had, this one makes me happy.

I loved this can for almost two months. Then I emptied it - hardly anything there, so I turned it over and emptied it in order to reuse the plastic liner bag because, you know, whales. Except the air damper that closes the lid softly is not affixed to the can at all, fell in with the household trash when I turned the can over and went to the dump. Now the can thumps closed. A replacement air damper costs 60% of the cost of a new can (originally I thought an extra damper came with purchase - boy, I wish!). How hard would a little clamp be? So five stars for nice and sleek, zero stars for thoughtful design. Here's the update: Touchless saw this review and responded to it. Yup, THEY contacted ME! And they offered a free replacement air damper under the waranty. It just came, totally free, and I put it in and now I have a five star trash can instead of a three star trash can. Great customer service!!
