Used for 2-Week UK, Italy, France trip. Worked great!
Purchased for a two-week trip to Europe (London, Rome, and Paris) and it worked great - used with unlocked iPhone 7 - I got fast speeds (4G) and was able to use my data without frustration - I was able to use iMessage, facetime, apple maps, and snapchat with no issues - However, the signal did drop several times, but it always immediately returned. Note: When inserting it for the first time in Europe, it does take my phone around 3 minutes to activate. I was feeling a bit nervous when it was taking more than a minute or so, but be patient and it'll come up. Instructions: 1. Only works for unlocked phones 2. Insert SIM during flight and about to land or when you arrive 3. Change your APN settings (It comes with instructions) iPhone: Settings -> Mobile Data -> Mobile Data Options -> Mobile Data Network -> Enter "fast.m2m" under Mobile Data and leave Username/Password blank Additional Steps for iPhone if not receiving 4G/LTE speeds: Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Options -> Enable LTE -> Select "Data Only" Android: Settings -> More Networks -> Mobile Network (Verify Data Roaming in On) -> Access Point Names -> Select "+" to add a new network -> Network Name: dataroam, APN: fast.m2m, Username/Password blank I noticed the instructions for iPhone weren't exactly correct, but they were close enough to know what to do - Also some of these options do not appear until you insert the SIM. In addition, you need to have your device set to "Roam Enabled" 4. Wait for activation In addition, the data on the SIM will only last for 60 days and starts when the SIM first connects to a European network. Overall, it was absolutely worth the $40 vs spending the $140 I could've spent using Verzion's $10 travelpass. Definitely will be using this again.

Cheaper and better SIM cards abroad
Bought this for my trip to Spain, when I got there I went into a phone store, they had the same SIM card for a third of the price with double the minutes. This card only works for data, no calls and I had to have someone set it up for me because the instructions given on the card are not even close to what’s needed to make it work.

Very useful, easy to use. Will absolutely buy again!
I absolutely loved this SIM card. My Gf decided to get an international plan thru her carrier and paid $10/day which came out to nearly $300. This saved me a ton of money! It worked great in 5 countries we visited. I mainly used it for Google Maps and a browser, and stayed away from looking at social media unless on WiFi. This is misty because I was on a 3 week trip and did not want to reach my data limit before the end of the trip. I used google maps almost all day every day, and also looked things up on google whenever I wanted, and hardly even used 2GB in 21 days! I was a bit skeptical about this product when reading some mixed reviews online. There are a few conditions that you must meet for the SIM card to work properly. 1. Have a carrier unlocked phone. If you aren’t sure if your phone is unlocked, contact your carrier. In some cases they will allow you to submit an unlock request. 2. Do not put the sim in your phone until you are in the air on your flight. This way the sim gets activated when you touch down in Europe. 3. I have an iPhone XS and AT&T. The instructions on the SIM card tell you to change the APN in your cellular settings. I was very confused at first, as there was no APN section in my cellular data settings. I discovered it’s because most American carriers do not allow APN configuration. SO: this option will automatically appear in your settings when you put the new SIM card in your device. You will then be able to adjust the APN.

Worked perfectly in Spain and Portugal
I purchased this card a full two months before I used it. I also purchased a used unlocked T-Mobile branded Samsung Note 4 phone on eBay specifically for this purpose (so I wouldn't have to muck around with my normal phone). Before take off, I put the phone in Airplane mode, inserted the SIM card, and set the APN as directed on the package instructions. When I landed in Bilbao Spain, I turned the phone on, turned off Airplane mode, and within a minute it connected. I traveled by bus for 17 days throughout northern Spain then down to Porto, Portugal and it had a connection 95% of the time (we traveled to some remote areas where there were no cell towers). Most of the time, it showed a 4G LTE connection. Occasionally, it showed "E", but still worked. I used "What's App", Viber, Facebook, email, and a few other apps, and all worked like a charm. I also recommend it to a travel mate who used it in her Verizon Branded iPhone. Hers worked like mine did. The ONLY reason I did not give it 5 starts because there is no way to determine how much data is left (besides connecting support). However, 8 Gigs was more than enough data for 17 days of daily use.

Wrong APN information provided on packing
On the package information the APN is provided as Mobiledata. I attempted to connect for two days while traveling on a cruise ship in southern Europe and after multiple attempts using the guest services phone on board (without that ability, I would have never been able to get help) I finally got someone in tech support ), I think the primary issue for lack of support when I called was timezones changes. The APN is wrong the tech support informed me that it should be "fast.m2m". Once I got close to land my access is now working thanks GOD. It's been a bit of a nightmare trying to get this esim working and to get support. I'm not likely to use this again. I only purchased this card because of the ease of access as described. I have activated travel sims in different countries and never had the wrong information provided before. ***Update**" The representative was kind enough to refund my purchase cause of the conflict on the package, having the wrong APN information making it not functioning for a good portion of my trip. Hopefully they will fix the packaging going forward.

We used this card in 6 countries in Eastern Europe. When we got to the first country. We popped the card in the phone . Followed the simple instructions and it worked amazing well. Highly recommend this product. We used it the 28 days we were away. Used only 2 gigs and we used it a lot especially google maps. The only thing I would do next time is make sure I had texting and calling. This was only a data card.

All settings correctly setup. Worked in Greece. Does not work at all in Italy.
