RothcoRelaxed Fit Zipper Fly BDU Pants (US, Alpha, Large, Regular, Regular, Olive Drab)

When i opened up the package there wasnt a button for the zipper , how they didnt check that ? I know its from china but dang . The material looks fine , just like the shorts i bought earier this year but one thing nice there renforced by crotch and knee , switch is nice . These had pontentional , thank goodness i didnt need them in the morning

I normally wear a 37w 32 inseam and these fit me fine in large. In fact, there's probably another inch or so in the inseam and the waist is plenty roomy for me. There are pull tabs on the waist to adjust the fit, and the legs have cinches at the bottom to allow for you to blouse them above your boots.As someone else mentioned, these are good fair weather pants. If you want cold/wet gear this won't work for you, but you can get by in cold/dry.The material itself seems durable, though I should note these are military "style" pants. These pants are replacing a set of actual Army BDUs and the material is somewhat different (there is also a zipper fly as opposed to a button fly...I took off one star because zippers don't always work well when out in the field...). I don't think these will hold up as well as actual issued BDUs but for camping, hiking, or just plain wear these will work fine. Pockets are generous and there is ample reinforcement along the major stress areas. The pattern matches the woodland camo pattern of the Rothco Combat Shirt (also sold on Amazon) which is a plus...sometimes there is variation among woodland camo patterns but that's not the case here.I purchased these for a hiking/camping trip in a few months and I think these will work nicely. Again, if you're looking for indestructable pants these may disappoint, but for moderate duty you will likely be pleased by these.

I'm a fat boy, so I'm very hard to fit. The 2x were a little snug so I returned. The 3x is a little big but the adjustments on the waist make the fit just right. They are a little long but not excessively. They are extremely comfortable and well constructed. I will be buying more.

These are very well made comfortable pants. I am using them for hiking, where the tie-strings on the end of the legs really help keep out dirt and stones from the tops of my boots. They are great fair-weather pants, but of course for wet weather you'll need rain-resistant fabric like Gore-Tex. I took 2 pairs with me to India because I needed something hard-wearing yet comfortable for a wide range of conditions (inside of aircraft, outside in blazing hot sun, inside hotel, etc.) and these were absolutely perfect. They are heavy enough to deter most mosquitos and trap cool air next to my legs when I'm out and about in the heat of the day. The various button-down pockets are essential for securing my possessions against inquisitive fingers and there is somewhere for everything - passport, wallet, small torch, dental floss, etc. For multi-purpose wear these are ideal pants. I wear them with a military-style cinch belt and the combination is exceedingly practical and comfortable.

These are not true blue tactical pants they're more like Boy Scout or park ranger pants. Very uncomfortable.

My husband loves these pants that I got for him... But the sizing is weird. We bought a Large. They say on the tag that the waist is 35 1/2 but the length is 39... It is NOT 39 length. He normally wears 36x34. These pants are shorter than his other 34 length pants. The waist is larger than his 36 width pant.Just be aware these might not fit like your other sized pants...

They fit comfy like all other BDU's but it's hard to find some with a decent zipper. This pair was not one of them. The zipper is very stiff and does not seem to want to work towards the top and comes lose easily.So fix the zipper and these are perfect.

These pants are a canvas-like material which is lightweight and doesn't chafe. Many pockets make these essential "battle" gear. These would go well with a combat windbreaker and black cotton athletic shirt or tee shirt with mandatory black boots and black cap.
